Cancellation Policy

 

By making a booking, you agree to the following cancellation terms:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule (as applicable).

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time will be charged in full, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

Failure to attend or arrive for your booking will also be considered a late cancellation and will be charged in full.

We encourage all clients to contact us as soon as possible if they need to modify or cancel their booking.
